Real Life 4 Teens is a real-world economics and business simulation designed for high school students. It teaches financial literacy, economics, and business skills through an engaging, game-based experience integrated with Minecraft Education Edition. Students earn salaries, pay taxes, invest in property, and compete to build the highest net worth.

Real Life 4 Teens is designed for:
  • High school students (Grades 8-12) learning Economics, Business Studies, or EMS

Students participate in a virtual economy where they:
  • Earn a salary for attending school

Yes! Real Life 4 Teens is aligned with the CAPS curriculum for Economics, Business Studies, and Economic Management Sciences (EMS). It covers topics like income and expenses, taxation, investments, entrepreneurship, and financial planning.

For Students

You can earn money through multiple ways:
  • Attendance salary: Get paid for coming to school
  • Bank interest: Earn interest on your savings
  • Project work: Complete city builds in Minecraft
  • Assessments: Earn bonuses for completing online tests
  • Stock trading: Buy low, sell high on the stock exchange
  • Property investment: Buy property and sell for profit

Your teacher will provide you with:
  • A unique username
  • A password
Click the "Student Login" button at the top of the page, enter your credentials, and you're ready to start!

At the end of the simulation, all your assets (property, stocks, savings) are calculated and converted to a final Net Worth. The student with the highest net worth in your class wins! This teaches the important lesson that building assets over time leads to wealth.

Yes! You can access your Real Life 4 Teens account from anywhere with an internet connection. The Minecraft Education component may require installation on your device. Check with your teacher about home access policies.

For Teachers

After your school is registered:
  • Login to your Teacher Dashboard
  • Navigate to "Student Management"
  • Add students individually or upload a CSV/Excel file with student names
  • Usernames and passwords are automatically generated
  • Print or distribute login credentials to your students

We provide comprehensive training including:
